No it doesn't which is a minor nuisance. Not that it makes much of a difference. It only gets folded when packed or in a tight spot.

Tippy needs to come out with some new ups for the phenom that are backwards compatable. I'd love an air thru SAW stock, and a boxmag!

Termy, next time I see you, you can take it for a spin. It handles nice. I kinda miss the kick though.
